Standing seam façades

Your architectural idea requires flowing transitions and non-cubic structures? In that case, the BEMO standing seam façade provides you with all design possibilities. Individual, flowing lines adapted to almost every building shape can be reproduced using the BEMO-MONRO system. To do this, the BEMO standing seam profile is flanged on in a special standing seam halter, free of secondary movement. For cylindrical shapes or freeform buildings, the BEMO-DOME substructure compensates the tolerance and ensures that the tracks keep to the line – in any direction you choose!

The BEMO variety of materials and colours is also available for your standing seam façade.

The benefits of the standing seam façade:

  • Can be delivered in all metals: e.g. aluminium, steel, zinc, stainless steel – in all surfaces – in all colours.
  • Freeform shapes due to patented BEMO-MONRO technology
  • Variable widths from 100 mm to 1000 mm
  • Variable lengths
  • Convex curved tracks with radii from 800 mm (e.g. for roof-wall   transitions)
  • Flexible laying direction
  • Perforated models with various hole patterns up to 62 % perforation
  • Substructure adjustable in 3 dimensions – to almost any building shape

The perfect quality result depends on a perfect planning and exact tolerance compensation between the supporting structure and the façade area. BEMO offers you a complete planning service for this based on a 3D scan of the actual building situation.
